Condo Renovation: Client needed a major renovation and design update after a long term tenant moved out leaving the property in disrepair. We selected paint colors, flooring, countertops and cabinetry that would increase resale value.

Master Bedroom Makeover: Client came in search of a fresh new look for their master bedroom. The Home is from the early 1900s and had wallpaper on the walls for decades. The wallpaper coloring had bled through to the plaster layer beneath, so a strong color was needed to help cover up the bleed. I selected medium blue tones to compliment other colors in the home and create a calm relaxing environment.
